The Maharashtra state government has launched the PMRDA Town Planning Schemes 2025. Recently, the Maharashtra state government approved the 4 housing schemes introduced by Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA). There are a total of 5 schemes that are submitted by the authorities; however, the state government has approved four schemes that offer development in the regions under PMRDA.
