Odisha Starts Verification of PMAY-G Beneficiaries Using AI and Awaas+ App

This is to notify all the permanent residents of Odisha that the state government of Odisha has introduced a new feature known as Odisha for the AI Programme to verify PMAY-G beneficiaries. This app focuses on the rigorous verification process for PMAY-G using the Awaas+ App. By offering this app, the government aims to streamline the identification of eligible candidates for housing assistance under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and reduce fraud, ensuring that this housing opportunity is available to those beneficiaries who really need it. This is an app, designed with features like face authentication, data capture of the household, conditions of the existing houses, time, and geotagged photo capture of existing houses and the proposal site of construction. Objective of PMAY-G Beneficiaries Verification

The main objective of this app is to facilitate residents with face authentication, Aadhaar-based e-KYC, data capture of households, conditions of the existing houses, time-stamped and geo-tagged photo capture of existing houses, and the proposed site of construction to identify ineligible beneficiaries under the scheme.

• Total Aadhar Verification:- The state government has received 37,89,234 applications for housing assistance, out of which 12,09,963 people are from Scheduled Tribes, 7,55,542 from Scheduled Castes, and 85,640 are specially-abled people. 
• No. of Landless Application:- The number of landless applicants are 2,01,011.
• Schedule of Aadhar Verification:- Aadhaar verification is completed by October. 
• Total Antyodaya Houses:- The government has received 37,89,234 applications for housing assistance

How to Download Awaas+ App?

• Step 1:- Visit the official Awas Plus website.
• Step 2:- Once the applicant reaches the homepage of the official website, they need to click on the Awas Plus 2024 Survey option.
• Step 3:- After that, the applicant needs to click on the link present in front of the Awas Plus 2024 Power BI Dashboard.
• Step 4:- Now the applicant need to click on Summary Report /Awas Plus Real Time Report.
• Step 5:- As the applicant clicks, many survey links will appear on the screen, then the applicant needs to choose survey which he/she wants to view.
• Step 6:- After that applicant needs to select their state, district, block and panchayat.
• Step 7:- A Complete Awas Plus 2024 Power BI Dashboard will appear on the screen.
• Step 8:- Now applicant can easily check their details in the dashboard

Gramin Awas Yojana Application Process

• Step 1:- First of all, applicant needs to visit the PMAY-G website.

• Step 2:- Once the applicant reaches the home page of the official website, they need to click on the Awaassoft option.
• Step 3:- After that, click on the ” Data Entry ” option. option.

• Step 4:- As the applicant clicks, they need to scroll down and go to the DATA ENTRY for AWAAS+
• section.
• Step 5:- Now the applicant needs to click on the Login and log themselves by using login credentials such as username and password. 
• Step 6:- As the applicant clicks, they need to select their State from the list of states, now click on the Continue button.
• Step 7:- The Inspector Login page will appear on the applicant’s screen 
• Step 8:- Now the applicant needs to enter all the asked details in the given spaces. 
• Step 9:- Once you have quickly reviewed all the entered details carefully, then click on the Log in option. 
• Step 10:- As the applicant clicks, a new page will appear on the applicant’s screen 
• Step 11:-Now enter all the asked details. 
• Step 12:-At last, click on the Submit option to complete the process.
