The ADA Atal Residential Scheme 2025 is going to start soon by the Ajmer Development Authority, and it will be built at Chachiyawas, where people can live happily. The online application will be opened this month, and the full details are being written in a booklet which will be given soon. Once the booklet is received by the authority, then the form filling will be started for everyone. Only limited information will be asked in the form so that people don’t get confused. The scheme is planned on 6.27 hectares and is spread across 40 Bigha land where 270 plots are given. Out of them, 61 plots are kept for middle and lower class families, and 2 big parks are also made.

- Step 2: On the homepage of the official website, click on the “Departments” option, which is present at the top right corner of the page.
- Step 3: You will see the drop-down menu appear on your screen, and then you have to click on the “Ajmer Development Authority (ADA)” option to proceed further.
- Step 4: Now you will be taken to another page where you have to click on the “ONLINE SERVICES” option to apply for the scheme.
- Step 5: Again you will be directed to another page, where you will see the various options like Property ID Creation, Mutation (Name Transfer / Substitution), Lease Collection, Community Center Booking, Online Tender Participation, Online Payment against Payment Demand Note, OTLC/ Free Hold Certificate, and Online E-Auction Participation.
- Step 6: You have to click on the first option, Property ID Creation, to proceed with the application process.
- Step 7: Now you will be asked to log in. If you are a new user, then click on the “Register” option to get registered under the portal.
- Step 8: Once you are registered under the portal then log in using Digital Identity (SSOID / Username), password, and Captcha Code.
- Step 9: Click on the “Login” button to open up the application form, and then the application form will appear on your screen.
- Step 10: You have to fill out the application form carefully with the details as are required in the form.
- Step 11: Upload the relevant documents along with the form and verify the application form before submitting it.
- Step 12: Once you have checked the application form carefully, submit it to complete the application process.
- Step 13: You will now receive the application number/acknowledgement receipt. Keep it safe with you for future use.
