Rs. 50,000 is to be paid extra for maintenance. Water and sewer will be arranged, but other extra things must be paid by the person. Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the scheme are as follows:
- Applicant must be a resident of Gujarat to claim the reservation benefit.
- Applicant must be at least 18 years old on the last date of application.
- Total annual family income must be more than Rs. 3,00,000 and less than Rs. 6,00,000.
- Family means husband, wife, and their unmarried children only.
- No member of the family should own any house or plot anywhere in India.
