For Surveyor registration under Awaas Plus, follow these steps: 

  • Step 1: When the Awaas Plus App is opened first time, the camera and location should be allowed.

  • Step 2: After that, enter the registered mobile number and click on the “send OTP” button.
  • Step 3: Enter the OTP and click on the “login” button to proceed.
  • Step 4: The Face auth screen appears after login.
  • Step 5: Face auth steps must be done as told for full registration.

Add/edit survey of Beneficiaries

To add/edit the survey of beneficiaries, follow these steps:

Head of Household Survey:

  • Step 1: The Panchayat and village must be selected where the family lives.
  • Step 2: Click on Add new (household of family) and enter name, Aadhaar, gender, category, and job.
  • Step 3: Divyang Jan info must be written if any in-house.
  • Step 4: Critical illness details also need to be written if someone is sick.

Family Member’s Survey:

  • Step 1: Write the name, Aadhaar, and gender of each family member.
  • Step 2: Tell how each person is related to the head of the family.
  • Step 3: Add all people in the app with full details.
  • Step 4: The List will show with names and the head of the house.
  • Step 5: Choose the right person from the list.
  • Step 6: Do e-KYC of the beneficiary, if the internet connection is proper.
  • Step 7: If no internet connection is not there, Face Key should be generated.

How to Upload Saved Survey Data

To upload the saved survey data, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: First, the record that was saved must be selected.
  • Step 2: That record should be uploaded to the PMAY-G server.
  • Step 3: Wait for the upload done message to come.
  • Step 4: After that, the data gets saved on the server safely.
