Eligibility Criteria
- Enter details of the existing house, like the condition of the wall/roof, ownership of the house, number of rooms, etc.
- Capture the image of the existing house and add remarks in the given section.
- Sought details on eligibility parameters defined in the SECC survey, such as source of household income, availability of two/three/four-wheeler, Family member earning more than 15,000 per month, Income/professional tax, etc.
- Record and store all the details in the Awaas+ application.
- Enter the details of land available with the Household for the construction of a house under the PMAY scheme, if any. Capture the image of the land and add a remark in the given box.

Surveyor Registration Uner Awaas Plus
- STEP 1: All the surveyors who want to register under the Awaas Plus are requested to download the application from the Play Store.

- STEP 2: After successfully downloading, the surveyors must now give access to the camera and location to the app.
- STEP 3: Now the surveyor can start the registration by entering their mobile number and clicking on the option “send OTP”.
- STEP 4: Now the surveyor must enter the OTP that they have received and click on the option “login”.
- STEP 5: Now, the face authentication screen will appear on your desktop screen. The surveyor must follow all the steps that are required to complete the registration.
Add/edit survey of Beneficiaries
- STEP 1: To add or edit beneficiaries for a survey, the surveyor must select the correct panchayat and village based on where the beneficiary is residing to ensure accurate location tagging.
- STEP 2: Click on “Add new (household or family)” and fill in the basic information like Name, Aadhaar number, Gender, Category, and Occupation.
- STEP 3: If there is any person with a disability (Divyang Jan) in the household, enter their relevant details carefully.
- STEP 4: Record the details of any family member suffering from a critical illness, if applicable.
- STEP 5: Enter the details of each family member, including their Name, Aadhaar number, Gender, and relationship to the Head of Household.
- STEP 6: Make sure all family members are added completely with no missing personal information.
- STEP 7: Once all entries are done, a list of all beneficiaries, including the Head of Household, will be displayed on the screen.
- STEP 8: From the displayed list, select the correct beneficiary to proceed with the next steps.
- STEP 9: Check for internet connectivity—if available, complete the e-KYC; if not, generate the Face Key of the beneficiary.
How to Upload Saved Survey Data
- STEP 1: All the surveyors who want to upload saved survey data are requested to visit the official website.
- STEP 2: Now, the surveyor must select the record of the beneficiary saved during the survey.
- STEP 3: Now the surveyor can easily upload the data to the PMAY-G server.
