About DDA Flats

Eligibility Criteria
- To apply, applicants must be citizens of India.
- The citizens must be able to legally sign a contract and be at least eighteen years old on the application deadline.
- In Delhi, there are no restrictions on land or built-up property ownership.
- The annual household income of the persons applying under the EWS category cannot exceed ₹10 lakh. This pertains to each applicant and co-applicant independently.
- Other than EWS, there is no upper restriction on income.
- The applicant’s and, if married, their spouse’s income is considered family income.
- The application form must state that the residents hold a savings bank account in their own names.
- The application form must state that the person has a PAN card issued under the Income Tax Act.
- The primary applicant must fall under the disability category (Divyangjan) in the event of a joint application.
- A family member, such as a parent, blood relative, spouse, or dependent relative (even an unmarried one), must be the joint applicant.

Do DDA Flat Booking Online 2025
- STEP 1: All residents who wish to participate in the DDA Housing Scheme are asked to go to the DDA website and complete the online application.
