Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be permanent residents of Delhi
- Applicants’ age must be 18 years or above
- Applicants’ annual income must not exceed ₹10 lakh

Under this scheme, the total number of flats is 1,172 flats for all the financially unstable people across the state at 7 places in Delhi at different prices. These are as follows:-
- In Narela:- The total number of Flats in Narela is 672 EWS flats (34.7-61.9 sq.m) available at ₹9.18 lakh to ₹27.86 lakh; all the applicants who want to buy a flat get a discount of 15%
- In Rohini:- There are a total of 97 Janta Flats (28-28.81 sq m) available at ₹14.59 to ₹18 lakh.
- In Loknayakpuram:- There are a total of 108 EWS flats (55-61 sq. m) available at ₹29.6 lakh to ₹32.62 lakh.
- In Dwarka Sector 14:- The total number of flats is 241 EWS flats available at ₹₹34.74 lakh to ₹35.32 lakh.
- In Dwarka Sector 19B:- There are a total of 3 EWS available in Dwarka Sector 19B at ₹26.77 lakh.
- In Mangalapuri (Dwarka):- The total number of flats in Mangalapuri is 48 EWS flats available at ₹32.32 lakh to ₹33.43 lakh.
- In Todapur:- There are a total flats in Todapur, is 3 Janta flats at ₹18 lakh to ₹18.43 lakh.
