Under this DDA Premium Housing Scheme, Delhi Development Authority offer a total of 177 residential flats and garages at prime locations including Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, Pitampura, Jasola, and Ashoka Pahari at reduced amalgamation charges for commercial properties from 10% of the circle rate to 1%. DDA also reduced the multiplication factor for auction of commercial properties from the present rate of twice the circle rate to 1.5 times the circle rate.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for DDA Premium Housing Scheme, applicant must have to meet the following eligibility criteria’s these are as follows:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi.
- Applicant must belong to LIG,MIG,EWS, category.
- Applicant must be a homeless resident of the state.
- Applicants who are engaged in Auto-rickshaw (permit holders) and cab driver are also eligible to apply
- Applicants belongs to SC/ST Category are eligible to receive discounted flats.
- Women, war widows, ex- serviceman, gallantry award recipient and person with disabilities are able to apply.
