For EWS and LIG Flats (Discount for all categories)
- Auto and cab drivers in Delhi can apply if they have permit and are registered before 31.12.2024.
- Street vendors and hawkers who are in PM Svanidhi Scheme are allowed.
- Women, war widows and ex-servicemen are also allowed.
- People who got Gallantry Awards or Arjuna Awards can get too.
- Divyangjan (disabled persons) are included.
- People from SC or ST groups are also allowed.
For MIG and HIG Flats
- Women, war widows and ex-servicemen are eligible.
- Gallantry or Arjuna Award winners are allowed.
