To be eligible for DDA Shramik Awas Yojana, applicant must have to clear the following eligibility criteria’s these are as follows:-
- Applicant must be a resident of Delhi, India
- Applicant must belong to LIG,MIG,EWS, category.
- Applicants who are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) on or before 31st December, 2024 are eligible to apply
- Applicant registered under PM Vishwakarma Scheme are able to receive discount offer.
- Applicants who are engaged in Auto-rickshaw (permit holders) and cab driver are also eligible to apply
- Applicants belongs to SC/ST Category are eligible to receive discounted flats.
