Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Double Bedroom Scheme, applicant must have to clear up the following eligibility criteria these are as follows:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
- Applicants must belong to the BPL category.
- Applicants must belong to LIG, MIG, EWS, category.
- Only those who want to purchase a plot are eligible to apply for the same.

- Preference Criteria:- Rural: SC/ST: 50%, Minorities: 7%, and balance 43% for others on the other hand, Urban: SC: 17%, ST: 6%, Minorities: 12%, and balance 65% for others.
