Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Goa Housing Board Scheme, applicant must meet the following eligibility criteria these are as follows :-
- Applicants must be a permanent resident of Goa.
- Applicants must not have their own house in the state.
- Applicants must be a member of a lower middle-class family.
- Applicants must not receive any aid from government related housing schemes.
- Applicants must not be an owner of any property, land, etc.

How to Participate Under E Auction?
To participate under E Auction, applicant needs to follow these steps:-
- Step 1:- Visit the GHB Website.

- Step 2:- Homepage of the official website will appear on the screen.
- Step 3:- Now click on the link Login option.
- Step 4:- A login page will appear on the screen now enter your user ID and password.
- Step 5:- After entering the user id and password click on the Login button.
- Step 6:- As the applicant clicks, an OTP is triggered on the registered mobile number.
- Step 7:- Enter the OTP and click on the login to login officially.
- Step 8:- A new Live Auction Summary page will open on the screen.
- Step 9:- Click on the shown “Hammer” image to participate in the bidding process.
- Step 10:- Accept all the terms and conditions shown.
- Step 11:- After accepting, “My Dashboard” will appear on the screen.
- Step 12:- On themy dashboard go through the option intative enter all the asked details.
- Step 13:- After that you will receive a message from a single bidder after that applicant needs to wait for the second bidder.
- Step 14:- As soon as somebody logs in the e auction system and the process of bidding starts automatically.
- Step 15:- Once the building process starts, the bidder needs to enter the bidding amount under my bid value and then click on the Bid Now option.
- Step 16:- Here the bidder can also click on the plus (+) options instead of manually entering the values.
- Step 17:- Once the plus button is clicked system automatically increases the value by minimum increment value against the alterm price and enters the amount.
- Step 18:- Once the Bidder entered the bid amount the rank or current hatched will be displaced in the rank column.
- Step 19:- A hammer image will also appear on the screen, this indicates that he is the current hashed bidder.
- Step 20:- There is a checkpoint provided in the system wherein the highest bidder will not be allowed to bid again if he is the current H1 bidder.
- Step 21:- System forms the message that you are the current highest bidder and bid cannot be placed.
- Step 22:- Once the bid amount is entered the system automatically extend the time
- Step 23:- Now other bidders have to bed on the H1 value likewise the bidding process continues for unlimited time.
- Step 24:- The auction ends if no bid is received in the last extended timeline.
- Step 25:- E Auction system also has the option of Auto Bid for the convenience of the bidders while bidding enabling the auto bid option and allows the e-auction system to automatically bid by the minimum increment value against the H1 price.
- Step 26:- Click on the option auto bid in my dashboard screen.
- Step 27:- After that “Bid Type Selection” screen appears.
- Step 28:- Click on auto bid and enter the upper cap of my bid and click on Submit.
- Step 29:- Now Auto Bid option is enabled so manual building option is disabled.
- Step 30:- As the e-auction system automatically bits the value by the minimum increment value against the H1 price.
- Step 31:- Once the upper limit is reached the manual building option is enabled automatically in the system, if the bidder wishes to continue its bidding he can do so by manually entering the values.
- Step 32:- The bidding process automatically ends if no bid is received in the last extended timeline
- Step 33:- The e-auction system displaced the message that option has ended.
- Step 34:- Once the wedding process ends an auction stops and the auction moves to the completed auction link.
