‘’Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority Konkan’’ is a small step towards solving the problem of housing insecurity by providing unsold houses at various locations, including Virar (Bolinj), Khoni, Shirdhon, Gotheghar, and Bhandarli in Maharashtra. Under this project government provides a total of 13395 flats at selected locations. Eligibility Criteria
