Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible, meet the following eligibility criteria’s these are as follows:-

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
• Applicant must not have their own house in the state.
• Applicant must belong to BPL families.

• This plan holds a project across 800 acres in Gothapatna, Malipada, and Daspur.
• An initial allocation of ₹21,342 crore from the state budget (2025–2030) will support land acquisition, road networks, utilities, public amenities, and core infrastructure.
• Also the city will follow a transit-oriented development model, ensuring efficient public transport, reduced travel distances, and diverse housing options for all income groups under the “Housing for All” initiative.
