Recently, the Telangana state government has announced that it is preparing to conduct an e-auction to sell the vacant housing units available in Hyderabad city. All the housing units are located at premium locations in Hyderabad city, including Sahabhavana Township, Bandlaguda & Sadbhavana Township, Pocharam. About Rajeev Swagruha Corporation
Rajeev Swagruha Corporation flats were built by the Telangana state government for the citizens who belong to the lower or middle-income households. These housing units were built 15 years ago, and now the Telangana state government is also set to start the option to sell all the available housing units. According to the information, all the housing units available under the scheme range from 520 square feet to 1600 square feet. The price range of all the housing units available under the scheme is INR 2500 per square foot to INR 4000 per square foot. The Telangana state government aims to raise a total of 1000 crores through the e-auction of the flats.

Objective of Rajiv Swagruha Auction
The main objective of launching the Rajiv Swagruha Auction is to allow the citizens of Telangana state to purchase housing units at an affordable rate. The e-auction will also allow the citizens of Telangana state to bid for the flats online from the comfort of their homes without visiting anywhere. The allotment of all the housing units and flats available under the scheme will be given to the selected citizens via a draw. The final e-auction is scheduled to be conducted on 30th July 2025.
