Objective of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Housing Scheme
The main objective of this scheme is to provide affordable housing options in the form of flats through a fair and transparent lottery draw conducted by LDA for the allotment to residents from EWS sections. Under this scheme, the government, along with affordable flats, will also provide other facilities, including a boundary wall, gated entry, water supply, electricity, and last but not least, two-wheeler parking, to all the eligible candidates. All buyers must pay a 5% registration fee on the flat cost, and if buyers belong to the reserve category, then under this condition, they need to pay 2.5% of the estimated cost of a flat.

- Applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
- Age of the applying applicant must be more than 18 years of age at the time of application submission.
- The applicant or any member of his family should not have more than one residential house/plot in Lucknow and two in Uttar Pradesh allotted by Lucknow Vikas Pradhikaran / Aawas Evam Vikas Parishad or any other government department
- Annual income of the applying candidate’s family must be less than 3 lakh per annum from all sources.

- Condition:- The registration amount of unsuccessful applicants after the lottery will be returned without any interest to the bank account mentioned in the application form within 2 months from the lottery draw if any applicant Bond to get the money back by cancelling the allotted house of the allotment is done then the remaining amount will be returned without interest after deducting 20% of the registration amount and GST payable.
- Payment Made:- Under this, the payment will be made in 36 installments over 3 years at 7% annual interest rate 2% additional penalty interest will be charged for late payment of installment if three installments are not deposited continuously by the authority the authority will be can sell the without any notice and the registration amount will be refunded after deduction as per rules

- Applicant reaches the homepage of the official website, then needs to locate and click on the option called “Register”.
- As the applicant clicks applicant login page will appear on the screen.
- Now applicant needs to click on the “Register as Applicant” option.
- As the applicant clicks, a registration form will appear on the screen.
- Now the applicant needs to enter all the ask details, including name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, login ID password.
- After that, click on the Send OTP button.
- As the applicant clicks, a one-time password will be received on the registered mobile number of the applicant.
- Now the applicant needs to enter the OTP and verify.
- At last, click on the Submit button to complete the process.
