The ‘Udham Vihar (Kaladvas) Scheme’ is foremost housing scheme designed by Udaipur Development Authority, Government of Rajasthan for all the buyers who are interested in getting housing options. General Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this UDA Udaipur Housing Scheme, applicant needs to first meet up with general eligibility requirements as listed below:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- Age of the applicant must be more than 18 years of age at the time of application.

- Applicant must belong to EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG groups.
