The date of the YEIDA Draw Result has been announced by the Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). To supply residential plots to the people of Noida and the surrounding areas, the government recently introduced the YEIDA Plot Scheme. The date of the draw for every residential property available under the project has now been published by the authorities. About Yeida Residential Plot Scheme

All of the plots are offered under this program at a prime location in Noida, close to the Noida International Airport. Every plot that is offered under the plan is roughly 200 square meters in size. Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for applying under this program is given below:-
- In addition to being at least eighteen years old, the citizens buying the plots must have a legal contract if they are in a partnership.
- Any Indian or non-resident Indian who is not otherwise forbidden by the Indian government or the U.P. government from purchasing any real estate in the state is eligible to apply.
- Only one plot in any category may be applied for by any qualified citizen under this system.
- Individuals who have already received residential plots or apartments under any other scheme are not eligible to receive allocations under this one.
- If the purchasing citizen’s spouse, kids, or parents are discovered to have any plots under the scheme already completed, they won’t be eligible for applying under this scheme.
- Only members of the immediate family—mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, husband, or wife—with documentation of their familial ties may apply under a combined name (co-applicant). Relationships other than these are not applicable.
- The program is open to both the citizen and his or her spouse. In the event that both of them are given plots, the applicant’s spouse must give up one of the plots within a month of the appointment date.

- Step 6:- The draw results will appear on the desktop scheme as soon as the applicant clicks on the search option.
- Step 7:- Finally, select Download to store the PDF on your device.
