Under this plotting program, authorities conduct a draw to allocate land plots to deserving residents of Delhi. Through this lottery system, residents of Delhi get a chance to win a land plot through a random draw process. By offering this YEIDA Plot Scheme government aims to empower residents of Delhi by providing them a means of living in the form of plots. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s mix land use applicant must have to meet the criteria given below:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi, India.
- The applicant Firm, Company, Trust, and Society must be registered under GST.
- The GST return for the year 2024-25 (GSTR–3 B) of any month should be enclosed with the application form.

- Consortium is not allowed.
- Proposed entities are not allowed
- An individual/ Limited Liability Partnership Firm (LLP) is not allowed.
- An applicant should have only one allotment under the eligible entities mentioned above within the current scheme.
- In case of an applicant/company/shareholder/partner or family member of the applicant (having 50% or more controlling rights) then only one application may be considered.

Payment of Installment for Allotted Plots
- Under this YEIDA Mix Land Use, the payment of the first 60% of the total premium amount of the plot shall be made in 4 equal half-yearly installments along with interest at a rate of 10.5% per annum.
- In case of default in payment as per the schedule, an additional panel interest @ 3% compounded semiannually with applicable GST shall be payable along with (10.5% + 3% = 13.5%) p.a. on the defaulted amount and for the defaulted period.
- It shall be the responsibility of the allottee to deposit the due installment on time. If the last date of deposit is a bank holiday, then the authority shall deposit the installment on the next working day, and it shall be treated as the last date of deposit.
Application Processing Fee
- Non-refundable / non-adjustable processing fee of INR 25000/- plus applicable GST shall be deposited through the online portal of YEIDA or RTGS/NEFT by generating a challan from the portal.

YEIDA Mix Land Use Scheme Apply Online
To apply online for YEIDA Mix Land Use, the applicant must have to follow up these simple steps:-
- Processing Fee:- First of all, applying applicant must have to pay the processing fee by visiting the YEIDA Website before the deadline.

- Registration Money for Allotment of Plot:- Once the fee is deposited successfully then applicant needs to adjust the refundable amount which is equal to 10% of total premium amount of the plot for which the application is being uploaded and this amount will also be done through the official YEIDA or RTGS/ NEFT by generating challan from the Nivesh Mitra Portal.
- Allotment Process:- According to the roll over policy, the last date to submit applications can be extended twice for a period of 7 days each subsequently, the allocation process will be carried out for the received applications based on objective parameter as per the specified policy of YEIDA.
- Scrutiny/Evaluation of Application:- In this step, the application along with the requisite documents will be submitted online through the single window portal Nivesh Mitra website, and the submitted application along with all documents will be downloaded by YEIDA for the purpose of Scrutiny /Evaluation done by a screening committee
- Allotment of Plots: Once the screening process is done successfully, the allotment of plots to selected beneficiaries is done by the concerned authorities.
