A new scheme has been launched by YEIDA for nursery schools and creches, which will be made in Sectors 17, 18, and 22D near Noida Airport and Film City. Three nursery school plots and three creche plots were offered and their sizes are between 1,000 sqm to 1,400 sqm, which is quite big. The rate has been kept at Rs. 18,030 per sqm, and the total cost is around Rs. 1.8 crore to Rs. 2.5 crore. The plots are planned for children so better care and study can be given. Online bidding is being used, and 10% of the total cost must be paid first by the people who apply.

What is YEIDA?
YEIDA means Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, and it was made by the government to plan and grow the area near Yamuna Expressway, which is below Greater Noida. It was started under a law in 1976, and that law was also used for making NOIDA and GNIDA. Important works like land being taken, roads and drains being built, and electricity lines being placed are done by YEIDA. A very big airport called Jewar Airport is being made there, and land for it was taken by YEIDA. Master plans are also prepared for the whole region. Because of all this, more factories, offices, and houses will come, and more people will get jobs. So the place will be developed fast.
