The citizens of Noida and nearby regions can now apply for the YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme 2025. To provide premium residential plots to citizens who are looking to buy residential plots or just want to invest in real estate, the YEIDA authorities have launched the YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme 2025. Under this initiative, the authorities will provide a total of 276 plots available for sale among the citizens who want to purchase residential plots. All the citizens must note that all the plots under the scheme will be allotted to the citizens based on a draw.

What is YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme ?

YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme is a residential plot scheme that is designed to provide residential plots to the citizens at a premium location. To avail the benefits and apply for the residential plots under the scheme, the citizens have to submit the application form that comes with a fee of INR 600. The citizens can start sending their application for the scheme and make sure the last date to fill out the application is 21st May 2025. Once the plot is allotted, the citizens have to pay the full amount of the plot online. It is clearly mentioned that the authorities will not accept any offline payment.

Objective of YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme 

The main objective of launching the YEIDA Sector 18 Plot Scheme is to allow the citizens to purchase premium plots at a reasonable rate. The plots were also allotted to the citizens on a draw basis to make sure everyone has a fair chance of winning. The authorities have made sure to provide extensive discounts to the citizens who belong to the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe communities under the scheme. The discount facility will significantly enhance the purchasing power of the citizens to belong to the compromised communities. 

Eligibility Criteria 

For general category:

  • The citizens who are purchasing the plots must be above the age of 18 years and if in a partnership must have a valid contract.
  • All Indians/Non-Resident Indians who are neither in any way prohibited by the Government of India nor by the U.P. Government under any specific rules to purchase any immovable property in U.P. shall be eligible to apply. 
  • All the eligible citizens can only apply for one plot under this scheme of any category. Those who have been already allotted residential plots or flats in any scheme are not eligible to get allotment under this one.
  • If it is found that the purchasing citizen’s wife or children or parents have any plot under the scheme already done the whole money will be forfeited by the authority.
  • The citizens can apply in joint name (Co-Applicant) only if it is immediate family (mother/father/brother/sister/ son/ daughter/ husband/ wife) with proof of family relation. Other than these relations cannot apply. 
  • The citizens and his/ her spouse both can participate in the scheme. In case both of them are allotted plots, then, within one month of the date of allotment, one of the plots should be surrendered by the applicant’s husband or wife. 

For reserved category:

  • The citizens who are purchasing the plots must be above the age of 18 years and if in a partnership must have a valid contract.
  • Only those citizens who are Industrial establishments or their managing Director/full-time Director(s)/Proprietor/Partner(s)/Trustee(s) and Tenure-holders/Co-tenure Holders of the land acquired by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority or in Jewar 6 Airport will be eligible, assuming they have not been allotted any residential plot/flat in the earlier schemes of the Authority.

  • According to the information, a total of 276 plots are available under the scheme, and the per square metre price for the plots is INR 35,000 per square metre
